Summary: I am currently working with the Nebrasksa Enterprise Fund as a Business Loan Officer. From the fall of 2010 until the fall of 2012 I served as the Chief Operations Officer for NeighborWorks Omaha, an affiliate of NeighborWorks America. I also own a consulting business (Friends-R-Us Network LLC) that provides computer literacy and organizational effectiveness training programs to several non-profits in the Omaha area. I am originally from the Cincinnati, Ohio but spent my collegiate years and early professional career in New Orleans, Louisiana prior to coming to Omaha. My training and organizational effectiveness background extends across twenty plus years as a Human Resources Director/Manager, Safety Manager, "OE" Training Manager, and Gainsharing Specialist for organizations including Procter and Gamble, The Omaha Head Start Program, The Dial Corp, and PayPal,an eBay Company. My passion for community volunteerism starts with my ACTIVE organizational affiliations: Human Resources Association of the Midlands (HRAM) Diversity Committee, National Black MBA Association(NBMBAA), Society for Human Resources Management(SHRM), United Way of the Midland's Heartland Blueprint Class X, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc, 100 Black Men of Omaha, and the PayPal Omaha GIVE Team.
